Remember to add an extra 1/2" to the bag width to allow for the zipper opening.

The "Mil" refers to the plastic thickness, with 6 Mil being approximately twice as thick as a standard freezer bag, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. These bags are FDA-compliant for food contact and storage, and are BPA-free.
