When ordering the right size bag, measure your item's width, height, and depth, as the plastic bag needs to fit all the way around it. The formula is: Item width + item depth = bag width, and Item height + item depth = bag height.

"Mil" refers to the plastic thickness: 1.25 Mil = .00125", slightly thinner than a standard sandwich bag. 2 Mil = .002", standard sandwich bag thickness. 3 Mil = .003", thicker than a standard sandwich bag. 4 Mil = .004", thicker than a standard freezer bag and excellent for heavy duty applications. 6 Mil = .006", about twice as thick as a standard freezer bag and excellent for heavy duty applications.
